2014 Certified Trade Mission to Israel 
For Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund Managers

The Certified Trade Mission will introduce a small, select group of U.S. private equity and venture capital fund managers to pre screened    Institutional investors from Israel’s largest Insurance companies, Pension Funds and Institutional investors.

The mission is organized by Katsof  Consulting certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce as the official mission organizer in cooperation with Dun & Bradstreet Israel.

Certified Trade Missions and similar events supported by the U.S. Commerce Department have attracted top funds from the U.S.  Click here to see some of the funds that have attended in the past.


Who May Attend

Attendees must be invited to participate in this mission.  Invitees represent a select group of top U.S. private equity, venture capital and real estate fund managers.



  • The Mission will provide: 
  • One-on-one meetings with Israeli investors
  • An opportunity to meet Israeli Institutional limited partner investors from the largest Insurance companies, and Pension Funds.
  • A forum to exchange ideas and strategies with Israeli investors, other U.S.-based fund managers, and policy-makers from both Israel and the United States.
  • Opportunities for intimate interaction between U.S.GP’s and Israeli LP’s
  • Promote U.S. PE and VC Funds
  • Introduce U.S. PE and VC Funds to Israeli LP’s

The number of fund manager participants is strictly limited to maximize the level of overall access and one-on-one meeting opportunities with the institutional investors. It is expected that the delegation will be selected in full by May 10 2013.

Monday, June 9 – Arrival in Tel Aviv, Israel

  • Special VIP Express service upon arrival
  • VIP Assistance teams will meet you and escort you through passport control and baggage claim.
  • You will be transferred to the five- star, ocean front David Intercontinental Hotel in Tel Aviv.
  • Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the beaches and neighborhoods of Tel Aviv
  • Evening Tour of historic Jaffa, dinner at one of Tel Aviv’s leading restaurants.

Tuesday, June 10 – Certified Trade Mission

 10:00-10:15 Registration for U.S. Attendees

 10:15-10:20 Welcome Remarks

10:20- 10:30 Introduction of the U.S. GP Delegation

 10:30- 11:30 Overview of  Israeli Private Equity and Venture Capital: Senior Israeli Financial Executives

11:30- 12:00 Networking and Registration of Israeli LP Delegates

 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

Joining us will be the Representatives of the major Israeli Institutions. It will be an opportunity for the GP’s and LP’s to meet each other.

1:00-4:45              One- on- one meetings: Members of the U.S. delegation will meet in one-on-one meetings with each Investment Professional from the leading Israeli Institutions, Insurance companies, pension funds and family offices. Each attendee will be given a schedule that will ensure he meets with the appropriate  Israeli institutions. Meetings will be approximately twenty minutes long.

 4:45-5:00         Wrap Up

5:00-6:00    Cocktail party , Buffet Dinner and informal networking for Israeli and U.S. participants


Thursday June 11 – Departure

Transfers to Ben Gurion Airport will be provided as well as VIP departure assistance.

Optional Extensions can be arranged for tours in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem or Petra, Jordan
